Cheese platters in Bordeaux

A platter for your table, or to give like a bouquet of flowers: made to order, with cheeses at their peak on the day.

Priced on request, to collect from our stall in the central aisle of the Marché des Capucins.

Two options, both made to order

Tell us the occasion and the number of guests, and we take care of the rest: all three types of milk are represented: cow's, goat's and sheep's, with 5 to 7 different cheeses depending on the number of guests. We balance the different types (soft, pressed and natural-rind cheeses) and take your wishes into account.

Ready-to-serve platter: cheeses pre-cut into slices and wedges, Tête de Moine rosettes, red berries and jam

The ready-to-serve platter

All the cheeses are cut and arranged in advance: you put the platter on the table, and all that's left is to taste and enjoy. Every piece is cut by hand.

Whole pieces

Whole cheeses, or portions of the larger ones, for you to cut in front of your guests.

Whole-piece platter: camembert, saint-nectaire, bleu de Gex, comté, selles-sur-cher and a herb cheese, each with its label, among redcurrants, raspberries, fruit jellies and dried fruit

“I've been dropping by Karine and Olivier's for years... so for my wedding, they were the obvious choice. Such delicate cheese platters. Flawless presentation. Top service and good advice to guide our choices! I absolutely recommend them! ❤”

Your questions

How much cheese should I allow per person?

Allow about 125 g per person with pre-dinner drinks or at the end of a meal, and 250 g per person for a cheese-only meal. We adjust the quantities in our quote.

How far in advance should I order?

At least 24 hours in advance. For Christmas, please order by 15 December at the latest.

Where and when do I collect my platter?

At our stall, in the central aisle of the Marché des Capucins, on the agreed day, Tuesday to Sunday during market hours. We do not deliver.

Can I choose the cheeses?

Yes: tell us what you would like and what your guests don't eat. We then advise you according to what is at its best on the day you collect it.

How do I pay?

When you collect it, at the stall, as per the agreed quote. Nothing is paid online.
