What we collect, and why

Platter request: name, phone, email (optional), collection date, option, number of people and your message. Purpose: to prepare your quote and your platter. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. Purpose: to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

The forms send your request by email to the shop's mailbox (Gmail, a Google service). Nothing is stored on the website itself, apart from an anonymous anti-abuse counter (a hash of the IP address), deleted after one hour.

How long we keep it

Your requests are kept for no more than 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to karine.fromages.fins@gmail.com. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies and visitor statistics

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Visits are measured only through our web host's connection statistics, without cookies.
